I'm Thanh. I turned my life around by practising science-based mindfulness, and I'd love to help you do the same.

1) I know the struggle

Does this sound familiar:

  • Suffering from low self-esteem, anxiety and loneliness, leading to:

  • Issues with dating, relationships, stress, procrastination, sleep, perfectionism, screen addiction.

That was me. Even though I had my health, family, partner, friends, savings, a home and a well-paying job, I often felt lost, empty, hopeless, miserable... My quarter life crisis had arrived and quietly, I knew I had to make changes.

2) Mindfulness changed it all

So I tried therapy, coaching, self-help books, new hobbies, changing jobs, moving to a new city, gym, classes... While some helped, it was mindfulness that helped the most, by far:

  • It taught me key emotional skills and resilience to tackle and learn from my life problems. Gradually, I grew calmer and more secure.

  • It improved my social skills and relationships. Dating became fun and I made more friends.

  • It gave me purpose. I became more focussed & fulfilled. I left my 9-to-5, learned photography, travelled, and started this project.

3) The science backs it up

Research consistently shows that mindfulness can deliver wide-ranging health benefits:

  • Mental: It reduces depression and anxiety, and directly enhances emotional intelligence (EQ), relationships and resilience.

  • Physical: It improves stress, sleep, ageing, immunity, blood pressure, focus, memory, and creativity.
